ALACAD offers top-tier, free technical support to our subscription customers. If you have any problems with your software, simply follow these steps to get help:
1. Call us at 888-442-3100 or complete our online support form found here.
2. Your call will be referred to our Support staff and returned in the order received. When we call you back, we may need to view your computer desktop. If so, we will ask you to click here and enter the PIN we provide.
3. In some cases, we may need you to share with us the file with which you are having trouble. If so, we will ask you to access our FTP site here. We will provide you with a password to gain access at that time.
